Having participated in all courses, Desktop Conversion Optimization, Mobile Conversion Optimization and the Customer Retention Optimization course, I can attest to each one of them being extremely worthwhile.
One of the things making these courses exceptionally easy to understand was a consistent use of showing what a good theoretical solution would be with a sample template, and then looking at multiple real life cases with their current design before the optimizations, and what they could look like after implementing these optimizations, making it obvious how potential solutions could be done on our own website.
Being a programming geek, with a deep understanding of our business, I did approach this from a little bit different angle than many UX and UI people might, and during the course I went through all the possible changes and what these would mean for our e-Commerce store.
Going into such depth, I did have some extra questions of why and what ifs for some rare cases, but Benjamin went above and beyond answering all that he could during the zoom meetings and when relevant also giving potential other suggestions that I hadn’t considered as an alternative to my considerations.
